I was apprehensive when I first contacted People-Progress, I had never had my own Support before and I was worried that they would make me feel like an unfit mess by exposing my physical weaknesses and inadequacies. I soon realised that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The sessions together are enjoyable and rewarding.
Of course they challenge me and I have to 'dig deep' during our sessions, but I never ever feel like I am being judged or that I am doing things that I can’t do. In fact, quite the opposite, People-Progress makes me realise how much I actually can do. My sessions are really good for me, physically and mentally, and are having an extremely positive impact on me.
I would recommend People-Progress highly, especially to anyone who has never had Support before".
